- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling1 to taste
- Bring the water, margarine and salt to a boil in a pan and bring to a boil.
- When it is boiling, add the flour all at once and stir well until it forms a ball and leaves the pan.
- Then remove from the pan and place on a surface to shape.
- Use those little churros machines that come out with the little hole in the middle of the dough to fill.
- After molding, drilling, it has to fry in very hot oil to brown and toss in cinnamon mixed with sugar.
- Then fill with the filling of your choice and serve.
