- Wheat Flour1 kg
- Water1.200 ml
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence2 tablespoon
- Sugar (xic 240 ml)1 cup
- Salt (one tablespoon)1 tablespoon
- Put the water in a pan add the essence, oil, sugar and let it boil.
- Add the flour and stir for 3 minutes until the dough pulls away from the pan.
- Place on a clean surface and knead the dough until smooth. Note, before kneading, the dough looks all lumpy, don't worry, your dough didn't go wrong.
- If you don't have a churro maker, that's okay. All you have to do is wind it around your hand, making a cord.
- Fry in hot oil, (put a match stick until it lights up) until the color of your choice. Pass the sugar with cinnamon or nest milk. Use the sweet of your choice
