- Wheat flour2 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Margarine or butter3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- In the blender add the eggs, margarine, sugar and cinnamon, beat well for at least 5 minutes.
- In a bowl with the sifted flour, add the mixture from the blender, mix well with the help of a whisk or spoon and gradually add the milk, after it is well homogeneous, add the yeast and mix gently, just to incorporate it into the dough.
- In a greased shape add the dough and take it to the preheated oven at a temperature of 160 to 180 degrees (depends on each oven) and let it bake for at least 35 minutes.
- After roasting, let it cool, unmold and cover with your favorite dulce de leche.
