- DOUGH: Milk15 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter250 g
- Wheat Flour583 g
- Dry yeast10 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar8 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Water60 ml
- FILLING: Butter1 tablespoon
- Sugar8 tablespoon
- Cinnamon Powder4 tablespoon
- GLACÊ: Sugar1 cup
- Milk120 ml
- Vanilla essence (optional)1 tablespoon
- PASTA: 1- Bring the milk to a boil and bring to a boil 2- Turn off the heat, add the butter and let it melt 3- In a bowl place 36 tablespoons of wheat flour, the sugar, the yeast, the egg, the salt, the water and the milk-butter mixture 4- Mix everything and gradually add the remaining flour, until it comes away from the bottom
- FILLING: 1- On a smooth surface, spread some flour and roll out the dough (not too thin) 2- Spread the butter all over the dough and leave a space of two fingers at one end (to close at the end) 3- On top of the butter, spread the sugar and cinnamon powder 4- Roll up the dough, and at the end that is left, pass a little water to stick 5- Cut the dough into slices (starting in the middle) until they are the size you want 6- Put the rolls in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes
- FROSTING: Mix milk and sugar
- FINALIZATION: 1- After baking, pour the icing over the rolls 2- Serve :)
