Organic Dry Yeast10 g
Warm water3/4 cup
Sugar2 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Oil4 tablespoon
Wheat flour1/2 kg
Salt1 teaspoon
Sugar and cinnamon powder for filling to taste

Place the yeast and sugar in a bowl and mix.
Add the warm water, eggs, oil, salt and mix again.
Finally, add the wheat flour, knead the dough, and then let it rest until it has enough volume.
Open the dough with a rolling pin, put sugar and cinnamon powder, make a rocambole.
Put the thread in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180° degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
