- refined sugar6 tablespoon
- Can of condensed milk (lady)1 unit(s)
- Whole milk can (use condensed milk can)1 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Place the sugar in the pudding mold and cook over medium heat until it turns into a caramelized syrup (approximately 3 minutes)
- Remove from the heat and turn the mold so that the syrup coats the bottom and sides. Reserve
- In the blender add the condensed milk and the same measure of the whole milk condensed milk can
- Add the eggs and beat well for a minute until smooth and creamy.
- Turn off the blender and let it rest for about 15 minutes (if you want your pudding without holes)
- Remove the foam that was on top with a spoon and pour the rest into the mold with the caramelized syrup.
- Bake in bain marie at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half
- Remove from the oven and wait to cool down, take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours
- Unmold carefully so that the syrup spills over the pudding đź
- Serve then đđ
