- I started making the syrup, melted the sugar and added the water, over low heat, stirring well until it was like honey. I poured the syrup into an aluminum pudding mold and on top of the syrup I put the grated coconut.
- I made the dough in the blender which is very quick, all the ingredients in the blender except the yeast and the flour that I added last without beating. I poured the dough in the form that was already with the syrup and coconut, I took it to the oven for 40 minutes. I waited for the cake to cool down and unmold it. It's very cute and delicious.
