- Condensed milk (1 and ½ box)590 g
- Wheat flour1/3 cup
- Sugar1/3 cup
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Milk1/3 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- grated coconut1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar (for the syrup)1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Grease the mold with margarine. In a pan, melt the sugar until it forms a light caramel, add the water and let it dissolve.
- On top of the syrup, spread the grated coconut.
- Beat the rest of the ingredients (except the yeast) in the blender.
- Gently mix the yeast and pour over the coconut, in the form.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden, about 30 minutes. Unmold while still warm.
