- 3 eggs 1/2 cup (tea) of oil 200 ml of coconut milk 1 cup (tea) of sugar 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast3 tablespoon
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar 1 cup (tea) of water 100 grs of coconut flakes100 g
- Preparation: Start with the syrup: In a pan, melt the sugar over medium heat. Then add the water and stir until all the sugar lumps are melted and set aside. Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, coconut milk in a blender for about 3 minutes. Then add the wheat flour, and finally the yeast. Grease a mold with margarine and pour the cooled syrup, then the coconut flakes and the cake batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 or until golden. Now, unmold the cake while it's still warm.
