- Milk1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut300 g
- 1 bottle of coconut milk200 ml
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Blend everything in the blender. Reserve the grated coconut for last. Mix in the coconut and stir.
- Leave a handful to put on top. Place in a greased shape in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes until golden... Do the toothpick test....
