- Start by grating the coconut, then put it in a container on low heat, add the sugar and the water, stir and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- When the water is dry, stir, add the condensed milk, stir for 5 minutes, always stirring, when it is no longer sticking to the bottom of the pan, it is ready.
- Grease a container with butter, then add a spoon, shape it as you prefer.
