- Recipe
- grated coconut300 g
- Water150 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk powder1 cup
- In a pan, place 300gr of grated coconut and 50ml of water.
- Stir until the water dries up, add the sugar.
- Add the rest of the water and the powdered milk. Stir over low heat until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- In a refractory place a sheet of parchment paper and pour the coconut.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour and then cut as desired. Keep in the fridge.
