- Green banana biomass1/2 cup
- Coconut or demerara sugar1/3 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Potato Starch1/2 cup
- Vegetable drink120 ml
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and set aside.
- Beat the yolks with the sugar for approximately 3 minutes.
- Add the coconut oil, biomass, rice milk and beat for another 3 minutes. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk.
- Lastly, the yeast. Gently mix with the snow whites.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
