- Coconut for sprinkling to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Corn Friend1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender. Add the coconut, flour and finally the yeast.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
- For the syrup, bring the coconut milk, cornstarch and sugar to a low heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
- Pour over the still warm cake and sprinkle with the coconut.
