- Oil 1/21 cup
- Wheat flour (with yeast)2 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Shredded Coconut1 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Melt 1 and a half cups of sugar, stir until melted;
- Add 1/2 cup of water and stir for another two minutes; (After adding water, it looks like it won't work, but it does);
- Transfer the syrup to an aluminum form, spread and reserve.
- In a container place the three eggs, 1 and a half cup of sugar, 1/2 of oil. Mix well.
- 1 and a half cup of wheat flour and the 200ml of coconut milk, mix well;
- 1 tablespoon baking powder, mix slowly;
- Throw the package of grated coconut in the aluminum mold with the previously reserved syrup; (as in the video)
- Pour the cake dough inside the shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 min.
- And our recipe is ready! Do not forget to unmold while still hot so that the caramel does not stick to the bottom of the mold.
