- Milk (warm)170 ml
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Packet of shredded coconut1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- PRE-HEATED OVEN: 10 MIN. 200° © . In a bowl place the flour, sugar, oil, eggs and milk (mix with a spatula).
- Beat in the mixer until the ingredients are all dissolved.
- Add 3 C.(SOUP) OF GRATED COCONUT. Mix. And finally, add the yeast.
- ROOF : Condensed milk and whole milk. (It all depends if you want it wet)
- FINISH WITH GRATED COCONUT AND PLACE THE COVERAGE (condensed milk and whole milk), ON TOP.
- If you prefer the ice cream cake, place it in the fridge covered with aluminum foil.
