- Spoons of butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- 1½ cups (American type) sugar1/2 cup
- Coconut milk bottle200 ml
- 1 cup (American type) milk200 ml
- 1 Cup (American type) all-purpose flour1/2 cup
- 1 Cup (American type) corn starch1 tablespoon
- Packet of shredded coconut100 g
- Spoonful of Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 to taste
- grated coconut1 to taste
- Beat the eggs, milk, coconut milk, sugar, and butter in a blender. Beat everything very well.
- Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour alternating with the cornstarch.
- Then add the grated coconut and mix.
- Finally, add the chemical baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour into a 24 cm diameter shape greased with butter and floured.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool and unmold.
- Spread condensed milk over the top of the cake and finish with grated coconut. Ready to serve.
