- grated coconut1/4 cup
- Coconut Milk120 ml
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
- 70% chocolate chips to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a fouet.
- Pour the dough into a small, greased and floured form.
- Top with coconut shavings and chocolate chips.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 to 40 minutes.
