- Fresh Shredded Coconut250 g
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Vinegar with Alcohol3 tablespoon
- Place the condensed milk, coconut and butter in a pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat until all the liquid is dry and when it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Let the coconut filling cool. Then make the coconut balls and put them on a plate and set aside.
- In another pan, add water, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and bring to medium heat and let it become a golden sugar syrup.
- Then pass the coconut balls in the syrup and let it harden. You can pack it in film paper or serve it anyway.
