- Water20 ml
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream100 kg
- Burnt Coconut to taste
- Start by making a light caramel with the sugar and add the water;
- When the caramel is ready, remove the pan from the heat and add the condensed milk and cream;
- Mix well and return the pan to the fire, cook until the somersault point (when you turn the pan a little and the brigadeiro dough comes off the bottom).
- Put this dough on a plate and cover it with PVC film, this film needs to be in contact with the dough.
- Let it cool and then just roll it over the burnt coconut and put it in the molds.
