- Green coconut (take the water out of the coconut and that pulp is not yet ripe)3 unit(s)
- Condensed milk200 ml
- Sour cream100 ml
- Milk powder3 tablespoon
- Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Put it in a shape and take it to the freezer until it's ready (I usually make dessert after breakfast and at lunch it's ready)
- After 1 hour remove from the freezer and stir to break up the ice crystals. Place in the freezer until very creamy, but not frozen.
