- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Pura Vida Sweetener Powder1 teaspoon
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Blackberries to taste
- In a bowl beat the egg with a fork or whisk, add the oatmeal, powdered sweetener and coconut grated;
- Mix well and add the yeast.
- In the silicone molds, place the dough, a cranberry and complete with more dough. On top add more blackberry;
- I baked in the airfryer at 160 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
- Note: You can replace the powdered sweetener with xylitol, or coconut sugar or brown sugar. Just instead of one tsp add a tbsp.
