Egg1 unit(s)
Oat flour2 tablespoon
Pure Life Powder Sweetener1 teaspoon
Grated unsweetened coconut2 tablespoon
Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
blackberry to taste

In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork or a whisk, add the oatmeal, powdered sweetener and grated coconut;
Mix well and add the yeast.
In the silicone molds, put the dough, a blackberry and complete with more dough. On top add more blackberry;
I baked in the airfryer at 160 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
Note: You can replace the powdered sweetener with xylitol, or coconut sugar or brown sugar. Just instead of a teaspoon add a tablespoon.
