- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Small coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Corn Starch11/2 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Milk550 ml
- Plum in Syrup1 to taste
- In a glass, dissolve the cornstarch in 50ml of milk and set aside. In a pan add all the ingredients and already dissolved cornstarch, and stir until thickened. Unite a small mold with a hole in the middle with a thread of oil, after the cream has thickened, pour it into the mold while it is still hot. Place to freeze for approximately 8hrs. After that, unmold, water with the plum syrup and decorate it. Enjoy your food.
