- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- grated coconut100 g
- Pitted Plum200 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Water2 cup
- A dessert that cannot be missed in our supper! Put the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and grated coconut in a pan, mix well. Bring to a boil and add the cornstarch dissolved in a glass of milk. Stir constantly until thickened, wait another minute. Pour in a form, greased with oil or simply wet. Let cool and place in the fridge for 2 hours. Syrup: Place the sugar in a pan and heat to caramelize. Then add the water and the plums and let it boil for 20 minutes or until it forms a syrup. Wait for it to cool down. Unmold the already cold manjar and cover with the syrup, also cold.
