- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Corn starch1 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Prunes WITHOUT Pit1 cup
- With the fire still off, in a pan put the milk and corn starch, mix until dissolved.
- Add the other ingredients, turn on the fire and stir until it thickens.
- TIP: Wet your mold with ICE WATER, discard the water and then pour the mixture into the mold.
- Place in the fridge for 3/4 hours.
- After that time, unmold and pour the syrup.
- SYRUP: Melt the sugar over low heat; Add the water (BE CAREFUL not to burn yourself!) Add the plums and cook for 3-4 minutes.
