- Syrup: sugar1 cup
- Hot water1/2 cup
- Manjar: whole milk500 ml
- Corn Starch1/2 cup
- Sour cream200 ml
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Dried coconut pieces90 g
- Hot water160 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Syrup: Take a pan with sugar to low heat, melt the sugar until it forms a caramel
- Add hot water and leave a little more in the fire until it thickens slightly. Let it cool and book
- Blend the coconut and hot water in a blender (it will form the grated coconut and coconut milk)
- Then put it in a pan along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix with the aid of a fouet and lead to low / medium fire always stirring until thickening.
- Transfer to a greased shape with a little oil, let it cool and take it to the fridge for about 6 hours.
- Pour the syrup over the manjar and serve chilled.
