- Coconut Milk01 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut50 g
- Pitted black plum200 g
- Mild Red Wine01 cup
- Water01 cup
- refined sugar05 tablespoon
- In a large casserole put the milk, condensed milk, cream, cornstarch, vanilla and stir well and turn on medium flame until it thickens! Turn it off and add the Grated Coconut, put it in a round shape with a hole in the middle, after it cools down, take it in the Refrigerator for 05 hours.
- Place the Plums, Sugar, Water and Wine in a medium pan, stirring constantly over low heat for 15 minutes.
