- Coconut milk200 ml
- grated coconut200 g
- Milk2 tablespoon
- Reserve 1 tablespoon of condensed milk mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk in the fridge, you will use it at the end of the recipe.
- In a pan, first mix the condensed milk and cornstarch until well incorporated, then mix all the other ingredients and bring to a boil. The point is to keep letting go of the pan.
- Grease the refractory of your preference with oil, put all the candy and arrange to be very uniform.
- Cover with plastic wrap, but keep the plastic close to the candy so it doesn't create a crust.
- Refrigerate until set. (from 1 to 2 hours) After hardening, brush the mixture of condensed milk with the milk and sprinkle grated coconut all over the surface of our Delight. READY! You can present this dish whole or sliced, it looks beautiful anyway. This is one of my favorite desserts.
