- Wheat Flour1 kg
- Fresh Shredded Coconut100 g
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Place the wheat flour in a bowl and add the grated coconut and yeast. Mix well. Add eggs, butter and condensed milk. Mix everything, kneading well. Add the milk little by little until the dough disapproves of the hands. Roll up the donuts and put them in a greased shape. Place in a heated oven to bake.
- Note: After baking, I put 4 spoons of condensed milk and two of milk and 2 of coconut in a bowl and turned the donuts into this mixture.
