- Colorless gelatin24 g
- Coconut milk300 ml
- Whole milk200 ml
- Prepare the colorless gelatin according to the instructions, let it hydrate and set aside.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend for about 10 minutes. You don't need to hit too hard. Microwave the gelatine for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add the cream and beat some more.
- Grease a shape with oil, put the contents and take it to the fridge until it's consistent. Unmold and sprinkle some grated coconut on top!
