- Fresh chopped coconut1 cup
- warm water1 cup
- xylitol (sweetener)1 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate1 cup
- sour cream2 tablespoon
- Beat the coconut with the warm water in the blender, but add it little by little, so it doesn't get too liquid. It has to be creamy, add the xylitol and continue beating
- put it in ice cream molds and put the toothpick and take it to the freezer for 3 hours.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, when it is cold, add the cream.
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer and dip it in chocolate and eat this delight in moderation.
