- Whole milk400 ml
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Shredded Coconut5 tablespoon
- White chocolate170 g
- Ice cream bags9 unit(s)
- Start by chopping the white chocolate and place it inside the ice cream bags.
- In the blender beat all the ingredients, except the grated coconut.
- Whisk for just 30 seconds, until it becomes foamy.
- Add the grated coconut and mix with a spoon. (You can add more or less according to your taste)
- Pour the liquid into the bags, being careful not to overfill. It's important to leave a surplus so you can tie the knot and close.
- Take it to the freezer until it hardens.
- Tip: If you want it sweeter, just add more condensed milk.
- Tip: You can use it as a base for other flavors, just remove the coconut milk and complete with whole milk.
