- Plain yogurt200 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil100 ml
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk390 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Whole milk2 cup
- Shredded Coconut400 g
- Hit the blender, eggs, yogurt, oil, wheat flour and sugar.
- Remove from the blender and mix the baking powder with the aid of a whisk.
- Place in a greased and floured rectangular baking dish.
- Take to bake in preheated oven at medium temperature until golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool and cut into squares.
- To make the syrup, add condensed milk, coconut milk and whole milk.
- Dip the pieces of cake in the syrup and coat in the grated coconut.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and let cool. Serve immediately.
