- fresh grated coconut2 cup
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- milk4 tablespoon
- Clove crystal sugar for garnish1/2 cup
- Place the condensed milk, coconut, milk and sugar in a high-sided refractory. Mix until the sugar melts and take it to the microwave oven, on high power, for 8 minutes. Remove and stir. Return to the oven on medium power and cook for another 6 minutes, or until you get a thick dough. During this time, stir a few times. Remove. Let the cream cool and make 20 balls. Then pass them through the crystal sugar and decorate each one with a clove.
