Coloque em um refratário de bordas altas o leite condensado, o coco, o leite e o açúcar.
Misture até o açúcar derreter e leve ao forno microondas, na potência alta, por 8 minutos.
Retire e mexa.
Volte ao forno na potência média e cozinhe por mais 6 minutos, ou até obter uma massa encorpada.
Durante este tempo mexa algumas vezes.
Retire.
Deixe o creme amornar e faça 20 bolinhas.
Em seguida, passe-as pelo açúcar cristal e decore cada uma com um cravo-da-índia
