- Recipe
- Condensed milk (1 can)395 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk (whole)1 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut (1 packet)1 unit(s)
- In a container, put two tablespoons of grated coconut and reserve the rest for later.
- Add 1 tablespoon of coconut milk to this container and mix.
- Grease a bowl or deep plate with a little butter (you will use this container at the end, when you take the coconut kiss out of the pan). Reserve.
- In a deep pan, place the condensed milk, the butter and the mixture of coconut milk and grated coconut.
- Place over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- When it's ungluing from the bottom, turn off the fire and pour the dough into the greased container. Let cool completely.
- In another plate or bowl, place the rest of the grated coconut.
- When the kiss is at room temperature, it's time to roll the sweets. Spread some butter on your hands (so it doesn't stick) and, with the help of a teaspoon, take some of the kiss and roll it up with your hands.
- Drop the ball into the shredded coconut and roll from side to side until completely covered.
- Place the candy in the mold and repeat the process. This recipe yields about 20 coconut kisses.
- If you want to store it in the fridge, store it in a jar with a lid or cover with plastic wrap so it doesn't dry out.
