Unsweetened dry shredded coconut100 g
Whole milk1/4 cup
Crystal sugar1/4 cup
Gem1 unit(s)
Minas semi-cured cheese50 g
Cloves to devour to taste

In a pan, take the coconut, sugar, milk and the yolk to cook for approximately 6 minutes, or until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
Remove from the heat, wait to cool completely and add the grated Minas cheese to the dough.
Rest in the fridge for approximately 30 min, then grease your hand with butter and shape medium-sized balls, sprinkle with crystal sugar and decorate with cloves.
