- Minas semi-cured cheese50 g
- Cloves to devour to taste
- In a pan, take the coconut, sugar, milk and the yolk to cook for approximately 6 minutes, or until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from the heat, wait to cool completely and add the grated Minas cheese to the dough.
- Rest in the fridge for approximately 30 min, then grease your hand with butter and shape medium-sized balls, sprinkle with crystal sugar and decorate with cloves.
