Coconut Manjar with Easy Plum Syrup

- condensed milk1 l
- Whole milk2 l
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Corn Starch1/2 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Plum150 g
- In a medium pot add condensed milk, milk, coconut milk and cornstarch.
- Take to the low fire, always stirring, until the cream thickens. When it thickens, cook for another 3 minutes and turn it off.
- Remove from the heat and pour the cream into a 19cm diameter mold with a central hole, lightly greased with oil.
- Take to fridge for 4 hours.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the sugar, pitted prunes and water.
- Take to medium fire, and once it boils, count 10 minutes. Turn off the pan then.
- Transfer the syrup to a pot and take it to the fridge until it freezes. Serve along with the coconut manjar. Just serve 😏😋
