- Whole milk1 l
- Condensed milk or 1/2 cup sugar1 unit(s)
- 1 glass of Coconut Milk200 ml
- Corn Starch1 cup
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Plum in syrup1 can(s)
- In a pan: put milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, grated coconut and cornstarch. Stir, turn on medium heat and stir until it boils and thickens.
- Pass oil or coconut oil in a shape, it will make it easier when unforming.
- Put it still hot in the greased shape, wait to cool down and take it to the fridge for 5 hours.
- Develop and finish with the plums.
- Ideal recipe to make the day before for Christmas dinner!
