- Sugar8 tablespoon
- Water240 ml
- Plums200 g
- Milk1 l
- Shredded Coconut150 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar8 tablespoon
- Corn starch6 tablespoon
- 1. Place the sugar in a pan and heat until it turns into a caramel-colored syrup. 2. Add the water carefully (it may squirt) and wait for it to melt the sugar again (the syrup will harden when you add the water). 3. When it starts to boil, add the plums and mix well. 4. Turn off and let cool.
- 1. In a pan, bring the milk, grated coconut, coconut milk, sugar and cornstarch to the boil, stirring until it reaches the point of porridge (about ten minutes). 2. Transfer to a pudding mold, or one of your choice (with a hole in the middle) greased with oil. 3. Let cool and refrigerate until firm (approximately two hours). 4. Unmold and drizzle with the syrup. 5. Store in the fridge and serve chilled. Bon appetite!😋
