- Whey cream1 can(s)
- Milk (use the can of condensed milk)1 can(s)
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Dry grated coconut200 g
- Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
- Cold water5 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, except for the unflavored gelatin.
- Reserve 100g grated coconut for sprinkling
- Add 5 tablespoons of cold water to the gelatin and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
- Then, heat it in a water bath until dissolved.
- Immediately add the mixture to the blender, beating until completely blended.
- Pour into a plastic mold soaked in cold water and put in the fridge for 1 hour and a half, or until it takes on a gelatin-like consistency.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
- Sprinkle dry grated coconut
