- Unflavored gelatin24 g
- grated coconut to taste

- Syrup Melt the sugar, add the water, boil for 3 minutes and set aside. Blend the condensed milk, the cream, the milk, the coconut milk and the unflavored gelatin in a blender. Unite a shape with the syrup, pour the mixture and take the fridge for 5 hours. Unmold sprinkle grated coconut and serve cold
