- Coconut Milk200 ml
- sour cream1 can(s)
- xylitol (those who like it sweeter add 2 more)4 tablespoon
- unsweetened shredded coconut1 cup
- already dissolved unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- hot water3 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Put it in a shape and take it to the fridge for 3 hours or until it's firm.
- Tip: grease the mold with coconut oil or any other oil to make it easier to unmold.
