- Coconut milk200 ml
- Colorless Gelatin2 unit(s)
- Water100 ml
- Liquid whole milk500 ml
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut to taste
- condensed milk1/2 unit(s)
- Take the water, put it in a small bowl and hydrate the gelatin, dissolving it according to the instructions on the package.
- Add to the blender: the condensed milk, the cream, the coconut milk, the milk and the already dissolved gelatin.
- To even out beat super well for about 2 minutes. Add the grated coconut and use a spoon to stir gently.
- Lightly oil a plastic mold (22cm in diameter) with a central hole and transfer the mixture to it.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to cool well. After that time, take it out of the fridge, use condensed milk to water and splash grated coconut to taste.
- Ready, you can now serve and taste your irresistible coconut pudding that does not go in the oven!
