- In the blender add the coconut milk, milk girl, and the cream of milk and beat for 5 minutes.
- Then put some water to heat (a cup of coffee) boiled, pour the unflavored gelatin and stir.
- Then add the gelatin with the other ingredients that are in the blender and hit for 1 minute.
- Put 4 tablespoons of grated coconut and beat again, pour this mixture into a refractory and sprinkle the grated coconut on top.
- Take it to freeze for 3 hours and garnish with strawberry on top.
