- For the syrup: Cook the 3 cups of sugar and the coconut in a skillet over medium heat. Stir until the sugar melts and the coconut is golden. add some Water if needed. When it's ready, put it in the mold and set it aside.
- For the pudding: While making the syrup, beat the condensed milk, coconut milk, cow's milk and eggs in a blender. Note: the measure of milk is equivalent to 1 can of condensed milk.
- In the mold with the syrup, add the pudding dough and cover with aluminum foil. Punch holes in the foil.
- Pre heat the oven and bake the pudding for 45 min to 1 hour at 220 degrees. The pudding is ready when it is golden and firm.
- When cool, place in the fridge. Unmold the next day.
