- Coconut milk200 ml
- Whole milk500 ml
- grated coconut100 g
- Maizena (corn starch)4 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Plums in syrup1 can(s)
- Start by dissolving the cornstarch in coconut milk or whole milk, still off the heat. Just so you don't get stuck. Mix better.
- Then pour this mixture and the other ingredients into a pan and stir well, on medium to low heat until it thickens, it will be like a kiss. Until it leaves the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, stir again for a few minutes so you don't get that taste of cornstarch...
- Wait for it to cool, and put it in a greased shape with oil. The oil doesn't taste at all. And take it to freeze preferably overnight. It's perfect.
- Syrup: Melt the sugar, add half a cup of water and stir until the syrup is thin (when it cools it will be at the right point), then add the plums, mix and decorate your pudding to taste.
