- Coconut milk glass1 can(s)
- 12g unflavored gelatin envelopes2 unit(s)
- Warm water12 tablespoon
- Dried or grated coconut100 g
- Preparation mode: Place the milk, cream, condensed milk and coconut milk in a blender. Beat for 2 minutes to mix well and set aside. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the moma water. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the mixture blender, Beat for another 1 minute. Pour this mixture into a lightly oiled pan. (I used the hole in the middle). Place in the fridge and leave for 3 hours. Unmold and decorate with condensed milk and grated coconut on top.
